the property was a few steps away from a metro station. we liked the location and rooms and good prices. good home base for weekend in dubai.

Older decor and equipment, thermostat wont work in most rooms. Bathrooms have a very small shower area.

taxi is available once you stepped out of the hotel

no bathtub for double room. onli one towel is provided for 2 persons stay. dirty stain on pillow and bedsheet.

Decently behaved staff and hotel located in the city.

Bookings done thru bookings.com was not communicated to the hotel immediately and I had to make several international calls to the hotel to confirm that they received the booking information. Though a credit card was used to make the booking, full amount was settled in cash. But one day's rent is still being held up with them thru the credit card and it is not reversed back yet. Appreciate if this reversal can be done immediately.

Nothing, Too much smell in the room, so i checked out the next day

Too much smell in the room due to wet carpet. I have to wait for check in even at 3PM. Bed sheets were very old and of almost black colour. Bath room too small, shower area too small, hardly one can stand only 2feet x 2 feet. Have to call again and again for house keeping.

Very convenient location for me. Day time reception staff were friendly and helpful. Other employees such as porters etc were also friendly and helpful.

I booked for 2 persons but nighttime reception attempted to stop 2nd person visiting on the basis of race. Bathroom had a mould smell. Taxi drivers struggled to find the place on several occasions despite me providing them with the Jormand business card showing their map.

Good location, easily accessible malls and attractions in Bur Dubai area...

There is no metro station nearby..the nearest one open is Burjuman metro station...which is about 10-15 mins walk...

good hotel, facilities are very good but management needs much improvement

poor management. and credit card is also charged or locked once u say there is no charge it should remain like that

the location of the hotel is good. It is not far from metro station, close to shopping centers and resturant. the taxi service is avilable all the time.

the internet is not working well.

When we called for directions to get to the hotel, the staff had no idea where it was.

The in room facilities like Iron box, washing machine etc made our stay a very comfortable experience.

The Internet connectivity at the hotel was bad and too expensive

Best thing would be the food, I luved Mutton Biryani that I ordered.

I was disappointed to see Jaccuzzi not working and the pool was very small and the surroundings looked like not well maintained, even the shower to take before pooling was not working.

Spacious room and equipped with all the basics Microwave washing machine iron

room are not clean and the smell of a bed is not good and Bad receptionist women especially because we have families

Great staff, great service, Eden on reception is a shining star.
